i have been having these disconnects and errors on and off.
Some days it all runs smooth and some days its frustrating to the bone.
some times it seems i cant do anything in the game, yesterday was such a day.
so i have 3 characters, 2 at 29 and one at 27
yesterday i take one of my 29s to do the weekly strike.
after the second error code i decided to try keeping a log
started weekly strike level 28, cleared first two areas, error code lionfish at 19:26
quit the game, start the game, titel screen, login character, select mission, clear the first area, error code at 19:28 (i was angry and didn't read the error code)
quit the game, start the game, titel screen, login character, select mission, clear the first area, error code caterpillar at 19:30
allright i will quit the game and reboot the console.
I now get to clearing the third area, error code weasel
quit the game, reboot console, start the game, titel screen, login character, select mission, i cleared the first three areas friend joins me for the mission. The first thing he asks: Can you play Destiny today? He has similar issues.
I get disconnect twice before we get to the boss fight, error code weasel at 20:57

I quit the game, start the game select character and there is no one in the roster anymore. My friend s still in the sttrike though.
okay, quit the game, reboot console etc etc i get back in the game for the final two shots to end the mission. Its now 21:30 and i did 1 strike!
I havent given up yet, i will try a game of crucible, i have 9 crucible bounties after all.

I keep reading how bugs are fixed in weekly updates, well not for me i guess

This was a common issue across all Xbox one players yesterday there was a lot of DDOS traffic across the global net yesterday. This means high level providers have to re route traffic and causes issues across many internet services. I had a lot of issues yesterday as well a fire team helps a lot so you can rejoin the fight in action if you all don't get booted at the same time.

i hope i dont jinx it, but since my above post, i have had only one incident involving an error, and i was sent to orbit from the tower. I was not even upsett about that one. Sent to orbit is soooooo much nicer then the splash screen interrupting the end of a strike. Strange thing is there was no talk about a fix in the last update, but it seems to be fixed. I hope this goes for more players

Omg I had the worst luck yesterday. It would rapidly sign me out of destiny and Xbox live. This has not happened for months since I switched providers. It was the first time that it happened.

Wow surprised to see nobody has jumped down your throat blaming your ISP and defending Bungivision..I'm sad to say I am one of those with frequent caterpillar,hawk and countless other codes for three months I was very angry after first two weeks now I just get on these forums hoping for a solution but find nothin but talk of paving the way for dlC. I have came to the conclusion that there is no money in fixing the current game's error codes all the upcoming patch notes don't mention anything on error codes except they are trying to work on one error code group at a time. I have flashbacks of kotor an amazing game with thousands of glitches but aside from that great gameplay and a fantastic storyline that had different endings.kotor 2 hyped up because kotor was great but the story was lackluster and the gameplay was a lot of the same storyline blew hard because they pulled all the talent off of kotor 2 and directed their attention to jade empire(a crap game with a big marketing budget) jade empire failed as did kotor 2. My point is that once a game has sold big the talent gets put on the next big thing(destiny 2) I don't even have to have proof of this it is apparent by how the community is treated.

Sorry to say but Bungie does not care at all. I am in the same boat. Some days the game works, some days it doesn't. I'm getting really sick of the way they are handling this. Bungie: Why are you so focused on tweaking guns instead of fixing your networking issues? Seriously, it is just sick.
