Is COD a hostile game to play for you because of all of the racial name calling? And do you think Destiny would be as bad if they enabled voice chat in PVP?

Edited by Da1, Kell of the Titans: 12/2/2014 4:41:13 PMI'm a black guy that plays a lot of games online. Most the time I just go with the flow and respond back. I never get too offended. I just got asked on destiny while raiding with some guys if I was black because I sounded black so I asked was he white cuz he sounded white. We all laughed and beat the raid on hard in about one hour. You really can't get to upset being online and what you see or hear. PS4 Computerman2200

By the way are you sure that's your psn id? Can't find you on psn app.

Positive its computerman2200. I have made about 50 friends from these forums so I'm always posting it and getting found.

I think it's my psn app problem. I'll try again later.

Just a white boy chiming in, but those kids are just talking smack casue they think its cool but if a black man was in the room with them not a word would be uttered about race.

haha, very true man.

Truth be told anything online related is pretty much no holds bar. Also there is little to no threat of facing the person/persons they may be communicating to. For me personally those things don't bother me because in the end of the day I know I don't know them. I'm just here to have fun and play and that's what I do.

Damn dude - I wish I had your level of maturity. I'm a white dude, but I had to give up COD because of the racial crap online. My wife would be miserable hearing me yelling at kids, but I couldn't let that stuff go unchecked. My blood pressure is much better with Destiny, but I wonder what it would be like if there was voice chat in PVP.
