About all the nerfing
It seems "to me" that any gun that becomes popular in this game is NERFED. It is almost as if saying no you should not like one gun over another.
Likewise it also seems to me that any good gun that someone else does not have folks cry nerf especially those who "I" deem the casual player and/or the not so good in crucible player.
It also seems to me that many of these exotics are no better than many of the legendary weapons. I wonder what the new popular gun will be that is going to look forward to being nerfed.
Well these are my opinions!

Its balancing issues. Bungie gets the best test results by watching millions of gamers play, seeing stats, seeing kills assigned to a weapon or type etc.. It would be nice to release a game completely balanced but that doesnt happen. Having a userbase, all playing the same class with the same gun becomes stale..people stop playing and dont buy DLC or they tell their friends who are prospective buyers to buy a different game. People will always flock to the weapons that give an unfair advatage, people will always find tricks to exploit in gameplay or geometry. Its Bungies job to make every weapon unique yet keep balance. Its a fine line to walk. Some people see it and some people exist in a world where they want insta-kill automatic sniper rifles with unlimited bullets and find that "fun" Catering to the folks who understand the logic in it sells more games and keeps players coming back.

2 RepliesI had the Vex pre-nerf and it made me God for a week in PvP. That gun needed a nerf, but not to the point that it was given. The Vex is now a viable option in crucible. If they gave it another 3-5% increase I think it would be perfect, but as it stands right now it is pretty good. SUROS I never understood. I beat SUROS more often than not with TLW.
