I'm a senior dietetic student at Colorado State University and wanted to [i]try[/i] and answer nutrition related questions to my fellow gamers. I'm trying not to play Destiny until after finals or until Xur brings a helmet for a titan. So yeah, if you ever wondered how you could improve your diet or why dietary cholesterol doesn't effect serum cholesterol then post a comment and I will try and help.

[b]Gaming Snack Idea #1: [/b] You're starting the raid on Hard and it's 2200, you know it could take you and your team 1- 4 hrs to accomplish the mission and you are hungry. What do you do? Make a snack to be consumed before or during the raid that will both taste good and be nutritious. Supplies? 2 slices of wheat bread Peanut butter Apple Banana Granola or Cereal 1. Guardians, slice the apple and banana any way you like. 2. Use the biggest coolest knife you own and slap peanut butter on both pieces of bread, like a boss. 3. Layer the banana and apples and poor granola on top. 4. Enjoy, this might be the night Atheon drops your raid helmet. Titans FTW Freddy J
