First off: To all guardians, both in game and out, know that no matter if friendships and bonds are forged in cyber space or reality, they are meaningful. And know that a little bit of your light is left inside all those who fought beside you and called you friend.
Well after a player threatened my life on these forums over this simple idea (hes already been reported) i figured id post on the more popular forum as he was one of 3 who commented.
Ive seen alot of posts about the destiny player who died in real life.
Id just like to say that losing anyone is always hard, and this game is all about bringing strangers together and making new bonds.
And i agree with all the people who say there should be some memorial in destiny somewhere (a statue of a guardian or a plaque of kind words and such, just something simple with alot of meaning) to honor those player who have fallen in real life.
This game will attempt to last for 10yrs and in that time im sure we will lose many more players to all manner of crimes and illness.
And so beseech you all and the bungie staff to simply add something small for us all to salute as we walk by and honor those who fought beside us.
Even if only in a fictional world, their death was very real, and so were the friends they made and the bonds they forged through hours of play time.

Who else agrees with me, even if not on the memorial who agrees with me that even bonds forged in games have meaning
