Where in forgotten Shores does he spawn? I've never seen him before

When you come from Mothyard area go right to the other end of Forgotten shore he patrols just outside a cave with a shank with him.

I'm not sure, I've never seen him either, I just know that he IS real. It's a cave, that much I know. Not a darkness entrance.
