It's not that random, look it's the third weeks that we saw new exotic weapon ... the probability for that is quite low ... and if next week it's Thunderlord you can be sure it's not random it's just Bungie giving a chance to have all the exotic weapon before the DLC. Do you really think that TLW came as a random ... me I don't, cause the community wanted it so bad.

Yeah i do Voidfang has been on Xur forever, and the likelihood of an exotic appearing repeatedly or different is the exact same. If they wanted to please the community it would have been TLW then Gjallarhorn. Probability with randomness can't be generated, that's why it's random.
