yes, you are right I'm sad to say because I do like this game.. When a newb begins to play the game, it feels like there is a lot of content -- (25 story missions, 6 Strikes PS4, 5 strikes xbox, raids, weekly nightfalls,(which are a rehash of one of the 5 or 6 strikes), daily story missions, which again are a rehash of a story mission that has already been done countless times, patrols, [which are pointless after lvl3 of the factions], dailies which hardly ever happen[you need to be in the right place at the right time], the grimoire score{[which then you have to leave the game to have a look at what you unlocked][Then you find out that 95% of the story isn't even in the game]} Weekly nightfalls{[which you need psn or xbox live contacts to do it with] So, if you have none like me, then you are screwed., but for you to do the weekly nightfalls, you actually need to finish the raid to get the raid gear to get to lvl 30, which again you need psn or xbox contacts .... But after about a week or so, specially when you hit lvl 20, it starts to dawn on us that its all just a repeat of the same stuff day in-day out, week in-week out.. The new DLC(Disc locked content) will be no better.. 3 story missions (which shouldve been in the game from the beginning, is all we are getting plus a strike and a few maps for mp + armor and weapons which you will need psn or xbox live contacts to get cause in the raid is where the armor will be that will bump us up to lvl 32.. So if you are like me with no contacts, I cant even get to lvl 30 nevermind 32.. So that means, all the resource farming up to this point is pointless now cause the armor that we all upgraded will become useless because of the light level BS that is in the game.. And to top it all off, Bungie never replies to anybody on here or on twitter or Facebook.. Talk about a company who cares about their fans,, They will begin to care again in about a week or so before the disc-locked content is released.. Then after that, they won't begin to care again until the next disc locked content is released.. I've lost a lot of respect for the way the fan/money machines have been treated.. They should be ashamed of themselves.. I dont even know why still play this game.. Maybe it is because of the money that I payed for it and the fact that I bought the digital version... I got screwed and so have many others.. shalom..:)

I'm pretty sure if you remove features from a game, it usually becomes worse
