Just Incase you don't know, there are 4 different types of VoGers, the Narcissist, the Helper, the Newbie and the BA Silent dude.
NOTE:
This thread is just for lolzies! Don't get offended if you happen to be one of them!
The Helper is the kind of guy who helps out the Newbies and tends to get things done.
The Newbie is a guy who has only played VoG a couple of times. They usually get yelled at by the Narcissist.
The Narcissist is the annoying guy who does not much but tells people what to do, and treats people like idiots if they ask a simple question.
Subsections:
Sias
The professional, he eats, breathes and sleeps the raid. If you have questions, go Blam!- yourself, noob. If you've never done a part a certain way, clearly you're holding the group back. If by chance you die in the hard raid you need to be kicked. The only person who can die is him, because you should have been there to help with that praetorian or obviously the game glitched. When you go back and check the stats, this world eating bad ass has the most deaths and the least kills.
Sias
The Mavericks, he'd just as soon run off on his own and blaze his own trail. He always knows the best routes and methods so why would he listen to the group. In the gorgon route he takes alternate paths, when it changes the Gorgon's path it's clearly your fault. He's gonna pick up the relic before anyone gets a chance, when he dies it was your fault you didn't help clear the mobs because you had to focus shots for oracles.
The BA Silent Dude is the one guy who doesn't talk a lot, only when important, but they tend to get fecal matter done. If they're the fire team leader, they tend to boot Narcissists.
Leaders:
Joeyoungfitz
They are the guys that are between the helpers and the narcissists. They lead the group and explain every step and everyone's role. They accept newbies or level 29 for hard raids if they can hold their own and listen and follow directions
Lap Dogs:
Sias,
The lap dog, this yes man is accompanying his friend who is the real deal. He spends the raid taking cues from said friend while ridiculing anyone else's mistakes. His actions ineptitude does not matter cause his boy is carrying you scrubs.
Raid leader here. \^^/
-
Lol, im the BA silent dude. People ask, do you talk dude? I answer 'when it matters'.
-
*Reads thread silently* *Nods in approval*

Can anybody tell me where did u guys got ur raid chest piece? Cause ive done the raid a bunch of times in my three characters and in 2 of them im missing the chestpiece to be 30, it drops on oracles and templar and gatekeeper or just in one of this ones? Pls helpppp! :(
-
Everyone thinks they're the BA silent dude lol
-
Lol people saying that they are the BA Silent Dude are probably the ones that have their microphones two centimeters away from their face xD I'm only silent cause I don't have a mic. Lul

Edited by Jason: 12/4/2014 6:25:09 AMMe and my friends are a class of "random sh*t talkers" because besides the Templar, and atheon, we just talk random sh*t
-
I was an asshole last raid lol. We had 2 first timers and two noobs ( yes there's a difference) it didn't matter what I suggested everyone just did what they wanted to do and it got us killed way to often. I had to be relic holder because no one else would cleanse, one guy dieing while being detained, and another didn't attack with it at all! I was tired of it because they couldn't use the relic and once the Minotaurs started showing up they ran instead of trying to communicate and focus.
-
I'm usually the BA silent type but I'm starting to lead raids in my clan and..... the transition is ....super ........awkward. Cause I actually have to talk and direct people. Also my first run was filled with quite people so I felt like I was just talking to ............... Me.( some were kinda noobs and some knew exactly what to do.)(and one guy did a lot of talking)
-
More accurate 4 Noob: Done raid before but is still clueless Newb: Never done raid before Leech: Done raid before and pretends to idle Raider: The regular raider, killing fast and getting things done.
-
The Titan that pops the bubble inside the relic when you're shooting Atheon....
-
I remember yesterday I helped a group do the hard raid (already did it hard) and I soloed my conflux and helped out most the middle. Got 160 kills every time they all died and had to wipe. Soloed inside gate keeper twice (hard as F*** with out ice breaker and Gjallajorn....only had P&T and Corrective) Came out and got one gate and stairs while the other got the other gate. Soloed outside (basically, they sucked) and when teleported with only two would kill all with relic and take out most oracles. Then would get out and kill remaining supplicants and drop a corrective measure clip before sprinting out of relic bubble to kill more supplicants. At the end of the raid the guy were all like "holy sh** Clid (my gt) you are the craziest best dude I've ever run the Vault with. Thank you so much" then received to get 5 friend requests
-
I am an helper/joker I give crap when crap is due and try overall to maintain communication and objective done. "We need to stick together" Me: "like -blam!-ing Oreos cookies" ;-)
-
Silent BA..
-
You forgot about the leech, horrible at the game and only managed to reach 29/30 by being carried through the hard raid. Generally tends to claim he is really good because he has a mythoclast, fatebringer, or gjallarhorn.
-
My perfect team; 3 BA Silent guys 1 newbie 2 Stoners/Drunk guys 3 BAs carry the team. Stoner/Drunk are usually good, but a due to their current states, are mostly there for entertainment purposes and to troll the newbie. Newbie simply for entertainment, and to give us all a warm fuzzy feeling inside after he thanks us over and over for letting him tag along.
-
You forgot about the lvl 30's who've never played the raid all the early through legit
-
This is so accurate lol, I can't really say what I am because I look at myself different then others. Personally from my experiences I feel like I'm the leader, although I'm an ass at times when people don't listen I don't tell or scream. I like to lead the groups through the easiest/not fun routes depending on what they want to do. I personally think I'm a leader.
-
BA Silent here. I dont say much until somethings worth saying. Also dont blaming blame glitchs for my deaths. I cant stand people who do that (all the time) it does really happen sometimes though and that sux.
-
What about the person who is good, leads the team, and talks a lot?
-
I just have to say hats off to the guys who do take charge and get the groups of randoms organized and give jobs to people. Sure everyone wants to think they know it all and can do it all, and thats fine, but it runs so much smoother when everyone can take a step back and let one person designate rolls and listen and work together. And to the the guy who knew it all but died the most. I was laughing at you the whole time you threw another excuse out why your death wasn't your fault, which we all know it couldn't have been because of all the snoody i know everything comments that you kept blessing us with.
-
Usually when I join a group of random people. I say very little the entire raid until atheon. Which usually is "who the -blam!- didn't kill supplicants??"
-
I'd add the fireteam supporter. You know the guy who plays firefighter and moves where needed, uses call outs and lets people on the team know of impending death or that the team may jave to pull some of his slack when he dies. I would also call this player the communicator.
-
Edited by ScytheNL: 12/3/2014 6:50:39 AMThe lucky bastard: Has the least kills and assists, dies the most. Gets Vex, Gjallerhorn, raid helmet, sparrow and ship at the end.
-
I'm usually the silent one but if there isn't a leader I'll take charge.
-
Edited by bassett93: 12/3/2014 7:22:06 AMYou Forgot the RNG scorned gets through the whole raid lest amount of deaths in the top 3 on kills and gets shards energy and the shader
