Well here's a real concerned developer/publisher. They admit the screw ups and offer the first dlc free!
Season pass holders also get a free game of their choosing.
Edit: up vote, lets get the "powers that be" aware of the fact that consumers are not just dollar signs.

Regardless of what the game was supposed to be, the servers have been crap for the majority since day 1, every patch brings new bugs, and Bungie remains quiet about everything. I realize that being vocal is a choice and not something that's required, but it just shows how little they care for or respect their fan base. Bad form, Bungie.
