If the goal was to hide Luke from his father why did they put him with his uncle, on the same planet as anikan (sp?) grew up, oh and NOT BOTHER TO CHANGE HIS LAST NAME.

They woulda been newborns. He coulda convinced luke to side with him by getting him soon not to long after birth, thus wouldnt have picked sides.
