I've seen people praising it but have never seen a clear argument why exactly it does deserve said praise. I've watched some gameplay of it but it isn't really helpful - trying to get an accurate impression from watching someone playing a strategy game is like trying get an impression on how fun poker is without prior knowledge of its rules. So, any concise reasons why this game is good and why I should or should not get it even if I don't play many strategy games?
