The origin of -blam!- on the Destiny forums ?

please enlighten me into this figure of speech, I am enthused to discover more about the -blam!- Where does it originate? Who was the first to use it? Thankyou

    Blam could be a reference to: A: Blamite, the needler ammo in Halo B: Blam! A project name for the Halo:CE early stages (When it was an RTS) And this comes from the wiki "The word was thought of because Bungie's Chicago office was located near a very busy street that had numerous near-collisions between cars. Robert McLees would yell "Blam!" so there was a sense of completion"

  • These aren't the Destiny forums. They're the Bungie.net forums. It all started a long long long time ago during like Halo CE or Halo 2 and they used -blam!- to censor bad words, and [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] to censor the ruling political party of Germany during World War Two.
