Know the sad thing. Even when you kill a titan or worlock mid super. They spawn with it right back.
Kill a hunter in his animation as he loses it.

This is to prevent a hunter from shooting two (or 3 shots if they have the acyophage helmet) and then suiciding to regain their super. I think if they pop the super and register at least one kill they should respawn with no super. But if they don't get a kill after 5 seconds of popping their super and die they should respawn with energy, I agree. Same with sunsinger (as long as they didn't use it to self res) or BD. That is one thing I agree with you on.
