No, you idiot. FoH has a perk that allows you to be harder to kill while using FoH. Skull of Dire Ahamkara provides a defense boost while activating super. Sunsinger a have a perk to be harder to kill while they pop their super.
These are all choices. BD automatically get a defense boost without having to select it instead of two other perks.

First, there is no need for name calling. Second you are right, there are perks that increase damage resistance, I do not deny that. Third, I am also right, there is a natural damage resist that comes when using NB, FoH, and R. I kid you not. It is a real thing.
