The Tower seriously needs a barber. Logically it should be near the outfitter, like a mall hahaha. Lets be honest, this idea isn't new or creative but its something the game should have offered from the get-go. They don't even need to add new hair style options or colors but the option to change your hair after creating your character would be awesome.
