I primarily play warlock, and I'd rather nerf almost everything about the titan tbh. Everything from their grenades, to their supers, to their melees, seem way more effective than the other classes. It's the one class I haven't played yet, but everything from ohk melees, to nigh invulnerability while using supers, to instant-shields (other classes that have 'shield' perks have to wait for it to go up, and it gets interrupted by taking fire, titans just are instantly full shields), to ohk grenades that are very far away from you, all seem ridiculous.
