You should play on hard mode. I have done hard raid 50 times now, Not one single chatterwhite. That's all I could get on easy mode raid, chatterwhite and praedyths revenge. Sounds familiar? Upgrade to hard raid!

I get one of the ships at least once a week so I feel your pain there, still don't have a time breaker though
