Hello Bungie, First off I would like to say, I love Destiny. This is the game that I have put the most time into playing since the launch. I think I have at least 180 to 200 hours played in this game or more. But let me get down to why I'm here. I was invited to do the Vault of Glass Raid from a buddy of mine on PSN. I accepted it and when I spawned in, my friends fireteam was at Aethon, a.k.a. the last checkpoint. They were playing him on hard and needed another team member to finish the raid. Through out the whole match I was having lag issues. After about 30 attempts, we finally beat Aethon. I was going to be rewarded with the legendary sparrow XV0 "TImebreaker", The Prime Zealot Helmat for the hunter, and the Vex Mythoclast. But here's the side kicker. The names for the rewards never came up, only the thumbnails. With in five seconds of the thumbnails just being on my screen, I was disconnected from the Destiny server and my internet went down for a good 45 minutes. When I finally was able to get my internet working and return to the Destiny servers, I checked my characters inventory and my rewards were not there. I though maybe the were sent to the post master. So I went to the Tower but unfortunately they were not there either. To be frank, I'm just really upset. I know I didn't do the whole raid but I had to work at beating Aethon with my team. We beat him legitimently. I got the rewards to pop up on screen but do to being disconnected and not being able to return to the Destiny universe for an extended period of time, I didn't receive them. I don't know what you guys at Bungie can do, but I just really want to get what I earned fair and square. Sincerely, TheBalancingPnt
