I did that. Thank you for being the only person actually trying to resolve my issues. I was on the phone with xbl cs for like 2 hrs and he showed me how to manually access my router from my laptop and open it further. It just constantly closes because he explained the one puts out 2 nat with makes your router think someone's trying to backdoor or something which causes it to be restricted again.
