Very close. But despite all flood, precursors and elite units of Halo, there is still Sith sorcery. And that's unimaginably powerful. It has been used to wipe all life- plants, insects, even the Force- the fabric of reality itself off the map. There's the thought bomb, which killed all beings in a large radius. Then there's the clones. Mass production. And the droids, too. Both are pre-programmed and battle ready. You can't infect a machine if you're a flood. Droids win out there. The Death Stars are powerful. MAC rounds aren't that big compared to it, and they are both well defended. The first one- fully built- was only taken down by the Force- which Spartans don't have. I call Star Wars as the victors, but it's close.

  • I'm sorry but you do realise that precursors (their original form before the flood) literally can't die? Death has no concept to them they used to travel around in various forms many if which where none physical or even celestial. As for clone production try pumping out 1 sentinel that can destroy covenant carriers every 6 seconds. Also the FR can produce a Halo in less then 3 weeks while a Death Star takes how many months? Also the flood infect A.I turning them on their masters so not only do you have precursors flood forerunners ancient humanity (who were on par with the forerunners technology wise) the sanshy'um (prophets) the elites brutes grunts drones jackals and hunters but you also now have the thousand's? Millions? Of droids including the super droids droidika's and others but also a virus that can wipe out a planet with a single spore. SWU=screwed.

  • Ah, someone who's read Ghosts of Onyx! Talk about overboard for the Precursors. Ok. I agree. EU goes to Halo. But for the main films/ games, I'd say Star Wars.

The Force is not the fabric of reality itself. Otherwise that would make the Yuuzhan Vong are not apart of reality. As for the Flood, they are not constricted to the biological. The Logic Plague is a digitized version of the Flood infection that is transferred by the Flood's logic, and then by those infected by it. While true that the Death Star is very large and of great power, the Mantle's Approach is roughly 3 times bigger than it, and is noted as being one of the Forerunner's smaller ships. Then you have the Precursors, which are trans-sentient and whose creations are constructed out of Neural Physics, a fabric of existence that can only be destroyed or damaged by weapons that target neurological pathways. The only known weapon capable of such a feat being Halo.

  • In other words, Sci fi universes and their super weapons turn into d*ck waving contests. Good pointsthough.

  • Is that the very foundation of a "Universe vs. Universe" debate? A dick waving contest that each respective fan carries out?

  • And the creators of said universe. Always looking to outdo the other.
