Today (11_22_2014) I finally was able to get my Titan to hit level 30. While I expected a boost in damage output and a reduction to damage received. I found that this is not the case. My first observation came after patch 1.0.3 while I was a level 29 Titan. I noticed that while on patrol I was in the red after taking two shots from level 2 enemies. This is strange, as it has not happened prior to the patch. In addition, I have completed 18 raids (two on hard) with little difficulty (less glitches); however, today after getting to level 30 I helped some friends with a normal raid and I was getting killed more than level 28s. I thought it was just me; then, later I helped my regular raid group that has Titans and I found out that they (the Titans) were experiencing the same problem as I am. After the patch, at least some Titans are taking more damage (usually in the red) and dealing much less damage. To confirm my suspicion I loaded my lev 28 warlock with a base VoC and went on patrol on Earth in Old Russia. I observed that I was able to one hit almost all enemies (unlike on my lev 30 Titan) and I never once went into the red even while standing in the middle of 10 enemies all firing at my warlock. Therefore, I was wondering if any other Titans are having this issue and if Bungie has any comments and/or suggestions regarding this situation I observed. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Edited by duffjim: 11/23/2014 5:40:13 PMYeah I have notices this too ( level 27 titan ) I came up against a level 6 enemy the other day and it took me 5 minutes to kill the thing. I have also noticed that a enemy just needs to fart in my direction and my health plummets to red. What on earth is going on. It is like playing with a old man who is just about having a heart attack every time an enemy appears. Good luck getting a comment from Bungie they very rarely seem to answer and of these issues.
