Not me when it happens to a full team over and over again. Xbox one?

out of curiousity, when you want to stop playing Destiny...do you just hold the MS button and tell it to turn off? I know i get issues if i do it that way, so i'll hit the button to take me "home" then the "start" button and i select to quit game...otherwise my audio is FUBAR (played an entire raid session with everything scewed up), sometimes i get no audio at all

Not usually. Sometimes I can load another game and come back and it will short term fix it though but I haven't noticed a pattern in what you were asking about
