According to Destiny there are two ways to record games. Option 1: Set up an account on Twitch.tv or Ustream (I recommend Twitch). Link it through your PS4 and live stream your play. You'll need to adjust your settings in Twitch to make sure streams are archived in to VODs. Option 2: Record the gameplay directly to the PS4.
