Myself and others that I have talked to have agreed that there needs to be an actual room in the tower that yourself and others can go to for recruitment into vanguard strikes and Raids. This room would have billboard type devices for each type of event such as weekly heroic, nightfall, or raids. These boards would have a posting ability for anyone looking for members for said events where you input the difficulty, checkpoint, number needed, experience needed in that event, if communication is required or not, and if a certain class is required or not. Once you make the post, it becomes a link for someone to respond via xbox/ps messages. Each post has a 30 min cooldown and then must be re-posted. To make a post in the first place you must be in a fireteam of two or more. These posts would be viewable from all instances of the tower so that all players have an equal opportunity so see and answer the post. This whole idea is to speed up the process of recruiting players so that your fireteam is not waiting around for an hour to find somone. It also is a way for players that do not have access to the forums from a pc or smartphone to hook up with others.
