Suros & shotguns are the only guns that rustle my jimmies or if somebody only runs around with a fusion rifle.

Specials could be balanced by simply cutting the amount of special ammo that spawns in a match. 20-25% decrease would be a good start.

Yup or just make them drops like heavy ammo but have them drop more frequently
