Helm of Inmost Light
I have the helmet of inmost light but I'm wondering what the recklessness upgrade does. It says it provides the two perks death from above and headstrong which I already have when not wearing the helmet. Does anyone know what the recklessness upgrade does? Thanks

It gives you both so you can use some thing else so you can actually have 3 of them
