it is funny...scout rifles are very powerful, most can kill in 4 or 5 shots which is all of 2 or 3 seconds of firing. i just dont like (and am jealous) of people running vision of confluence, this is way more powerful than the suros everyone complains about.
To answer your question...yes you got 99.9% of the people crying nerf. so since everyone gets mad....you just need to kill them with your dance....until it becomes OP.

I agree that the scouts are a little overlooked! (Not as much as pulse's in my opinion, but that's just mine)

love my pulse rifle too and i think they take too much skill to use for most people to even think about using it (makes me bring back the halo strafing skills), but xur sold the last word and the last word is my go to stress relief weapon and has been used exclusively since he sold it haha
