Best Legendary Scout Rifle?
I've somehow managed to accrue a large amount of legendary scout rifles and am wondering which one is the best.

Vision of confluence is the best, IMO. That's why I didn't put it on the list.

1 ReplyAFXYL. precision kills cause expolsion, plus either exploding rounds or armor piercing. It's beautiful.
