I will be super excited IF LFR is added. If not, I guess i'll enjoy the 3 or 4 new story missions and the 1 new strike and then wait for the next expansion since they are both paid for to ask the same question........

Omg, you lazy ass people. Make friends, look on the websites dedicated to finding people, or join a clan. It's so easy to get around. Stop bitching over something stupid

There is already a LFG in the game, a LFR doesn't seem to be reaching too far to allow players that haven't even experienced the raid to at least give it a go on easy mode. We all aren't in college (or younger) anymore and it's sometimes NOT about being a "lazy ass" but efficiently using the 1 hour we have available to relax after work before other life matters come into play. A game that relies on posting to forums to get a group together isn't going to last 10 years with any significant following. If it's an unpopular idea, that's cool, i'll just move on to the next thing that makes communication with players easier but since I enjoy the game, it's a small change that would make a huge impact imho.

It quite literally takes me 5-10min MAYBE to find a full group. I work too. I have a kid I watch while my wife works mornings as well. So I know the time restraint issue. It doesn't take long. In fact, it's better this way. You can pick your group better than having the luck of a team of full hunters.... You can pick an choose. You can get checkpoints. If it was implemented and you had a later cp, would you have to start over? Every time like strikes? What if you needed just the Templar but it put you in a group at atheon? See the problems with this feature? Why add a random group finder for a thing you can do once a week?

Well I do see your point and I think it makes perfect sense regarding the ability to form the optimal group. Maybe i'm in the extreme minority on wanting this (ease of communication/ease of access) feature.......i've yet to do a raid in this game and without this feature I don't think I will. I could directly compare how WoW had the exact same problem and LFR as annoying as it was to some allowed a large chunk of players to experience some of the best game content. Ultimately, it's an old lesson that I figured destiny would have implemented given they have a group finder for the strikes. I couldn't imagine what the player base would look like if they didn't have the strike LFG or the crucible matchmaking systems. You make a solid point though and I suppose it's a matter of what the majority would like to have implemented.
