So I'm just looking to see if anyone would defend that Juggernaut for the titan is a useful skill to choose. I definitely think it has a few problems. Just as a note, this post is concentrated on its usefulness in PVP.
First of all, is seems like it is really fragile in the sense that if I move my left stick to the left or right much at all, or jump, it pops. I find this really annoying as it makes me have to like avoid strafing completely and just rely on turning with the right stick. Running in a completely straight line sucks, especially if I cant stop if I want to keep the shield up.
Next, it really doesn't last very long. I REALLY have to try hard to calculate how long it will take to come up and in how much time I'm going to lose it. This makes me really uncomfortable calculating when to start running depending on the enemy's location. I think that when it comes up, it should just stay up for a given period of time, even if you aren't sprinting.
Last and most importantly, it seems really weak. I'm talking like 3 shots from an auto rifle and its down. Its usefulness is really questionable when it barely protects me at all.
What do you guys think? Am I using it wrong? Or could it use a tweak or two?

Definitely needs a tweak. There's nothing more frustrating than starting a charge at an enemy only for the shield to fall half way to the target and get mowed down. Shoulder charge is in my opinion the most useful of those class abilities. Guarenteed kill if you can survive the run at them!
