Error Code Caterpillar

I keep getting this every 10 minutes, even if Im just sitting in Orbit. Everything was perfect before the latest update, but ever since then Im getting disconnected very frequently and today has been pretty unplayable. Any idea how to fix these? Im on PS4, have a NAT Type 2, and it is in DMZ and ports are also forwarded, also UPNP is enabled and the connection is wired.
