As the DLC approaches, hard mode raid teams are becoming a joke.
I now spend about an hour on destinylfg.net, and these forums to try and get a raid team together. But damn, those neckbeards make it tough. If you are level 29 and a hunter, then basically F.U.
Seems the stress of trying to get 30 is making some b's cray.
I was in one last night with three other 29's and they wanted to only invite 30's in. Fug that, I'm a 29, i ain't discriminating. We invited a 29 in who incidentally bought a 30 with him, who then proceeded to commentate and make snide comments about other players. Before then delivering a livid, garbled speech, accusing people of camping for easy kills on the defend the confluxes section. He then rage quitted, saying he was going to look for people who "knew how to play".
If you are such a fugging genius, and are so uptight about particular strategy/method, why not explain your plan, in between the chugs of Mountain Dew, and fistfuls of Doritos? Don't keep silent and then rage quit, because you don't have the balls to step up and lead.
I can't be arsed to grind like fug in the iron banner for the raid gloves that I need, so I guess I'm stuck with the social retards and mouth breathers in the raid.
Anyone else have any bad experiences with raid teams?

I was in the normal raid with randoms and during the Gorgons, half the team decides to drop out of the party create their own party and go a different route while myself and the rest of the team went our way... We made it out and joined one XBL a party... A lot of cursing went on I quit after that
