I'm in Macomb Twp and have Comcast. Even since about Halloween I have been getting caterpillar, Hawk, some scattered Weasel and Lionfish. I am at my wits end. All I want to do is play your fricken game. I get spurts of maybe 20 minutes where it's fine then, CRASH! Caterpillar or going into another arena CRASH Hawk error. I am getting endlessly frustrated with getting constantly kicked. I have become a dang semi-IT professional tring to fix it as well. Making sure my Upnp is enabled, enabling a DMZ so all my ports are open, and forwarding all the ports suggested in your networking article for my 360. All I want is a stable connection so I don't get kicked in the middle of a strike or a raid. I don't even know what I should do now??? Should I disable my Upnp? Leave the DMZ disabled? Not forward any ports? For JEEBUS SAKE HELP!

It's NOT you. Everyone I know is having connection issues right now. I mean in UK, USA, all different states and ISP's. Bungie is failing right now.

How the f*ck does an entire base of customers get kicked off of servers, and yet still have the bandwidth to come chat about it online. I work 2 jobs, this is my one night off, I have 4 medallions and im 1 win from rank 4 which i have been grinding all day because I have no one to play raid with. Hi HNIC Mike, I'm sorry to hear about the BANJO, CATERPILLAR, and potentially CATTLE errors you and others are seeing. While a quick glance down this thread seems to show many players are regaining the ability to connect, I wanted to share some additional info for those still hitting these. These 3 errors, although separate, can all point to temporary network issues upstream from a home. In most cases, these issues clear out on their own and a player can reconnect (eventually) without making any sort of configuration changes. Finally able to sign in after 2 days of it not letting me. Now I have to wait until I get out of work before I can play.

Might be comcast in general. Live in FL and had issues with Hawk, caterpillar, and straight disconnects from Live. Turns out my friend's friend was having the same issues..except they didn't live in Fl. She called in, got a new modem (for free) and hasn't had issues since. I had a spare router lying around and used the whole Bridge mode. Haven't had issues since. Even before setting it in bridge mode, I did connect my Xbox to a different server using a little program called Benchmark.

that's crazy you mentioned Comcast and Michigan,im from downriver and had the Comcast guy out yesterday to move my modem and run Ethernet to my xbox...im still having issues but now im not getting a ERROR CODE,,just disconnected..im very sorry bungie for being a dick...but if it makes you feel any better,i only had the cable guy come out so I could play your game

Getting really pissed off. I didn't go and aliens all this money on a game that's not going to play. About to trade this game on if they don't get this shit working.

Update* Got off the phone with comcast they don't know what's going on. I told them that we all have the same problem with comcast in Michigan. So they are gonna send a tech to my home for free. (face palm)

I'm in tennessee and have gotten banjo as well. I have Comcast. The big problem is weasel for me since it has kicked me out every time for 3 days straight.
