What would you say to the girl/guy of your dreams if there were no negative consequences?
Title says it all.
Let me give a scenario: You are given the ability to automatically reverse anything you screw up. So, if you screw up this conversation/relationship you just reset.

I'd tell her that the woman I am married to was my second choice and that if she wasn't always dating a new asshole every few weeks and just noticed me once then we could have been happy together. [spoiler]This girl is my best friends sister who is a few years younger than I am, we got close when my best friend hooked up with his now wife. Played video games together all the time, watch Justin.tv, took naps together, went to the movies, everything (no sex or anything of that sort). But we were just friends, she was probably one of my best friends growing up. I spent every waking moment from 12 years old until 18 at my friends house with this girl in it. Looking back on everything (not saying I'm not happy with my wife) it should have probably been her that I dated, just to try it out. We don't speak anymore though, she moved across state lines and we lost touch. [/spoiler]
