Instead of super good advice the chest you find in the vault should contain the Mantle of Kabr, which in my mind would be the chest piece he made out of vex while in the vault.

It all depends on the type of black engram you got the clue from. If it is a chest engram, then you would end up with Kabr's mantle instead of Super Good Advice. In the example, he used a Heavy Weapon black engram.
