That looks sweet. I have an idea to make it more unique though.
You "feed" it engrams to satiate it. (You discard them to feed it). The more engrams you "feed" it before decrypting (and the more potent the engram), the better chance at something really rare (maybe even unique).
This would make them unique, balanced, and exciting to get.
