Hey guys, we are starting to get some interest for a secondary, or maybe even third, raid team to hit the vault in hard mode on a weekly basis. For those of you that are interested, please sign up here and remember there are a few key things you are going to need. * A Mic * At least a couple of hours, undisturbed, on a dedicated night * Patience, and a lot of it * The ability to work together as a team to work through various obstacles * Your Gamertag, Timezone, Availability and Playstyle (Close, Mid or Long Range) Trying to get a team together can be rough, and if you are actively looking to form a team that means you are going to be in the pilot seat when that team begins to Raid. People are looking for groups all the time, that may be part of the problem as to why there is no dedicated secondary team yet, no one has stepped up and recruited players to tackle this content. We are going to be having a meeting between various people in the clan that were elected to take control of certain events awhile back and maybe we can come up with some ideas there. If you are waiting to be selected to get a position on a fireteam that has already been formed it may be a longer wait than you initially expected. If you are willing to lead a team into the Vault on hard take the initiative and form one up, look at the responses to the threads on the forum, handpick some people, cycle through their profiles and see what their strengths/weaknesses are. Click on their profile and look at what they do, how they kill, what weapons they use and form a team up. I didn't know any of the guys on the progression team when it started, I think only Tampa and Fives knew each other, but we finished it the first, second, third and now fourth week the team has been active. It takes a lot of work to form a team up, but if you do your research and grab people when they post you can get yourself a dedicated fireteam in a matter of days.
