Just read this on another post and it worked for me If you have Xb1 and have been stuck on the black screen with only the loading logo running non-stop, this is how I fixed it. 1. Go to Home Screen and sign-out of your XboxLive account, as if you were going to play offline. 2. Go to Settings and then open window labeled Power and Startup. 3. In the Power and Startup options choose Restart Now 4. After Restart you will be logged back into your XboxLive account and on your Home Screen. I was then able to login to Destiny. Another way you may try is just logging off XboxLive to play offline, skipping Restart step, and then trying to enter Destiny and get the message to login to your account may work too. Or even another is follow steps above and instead of the Restart, unplug the power cord to your Xb1for thirty seconds for a "hard restart" and this may work too. Either way, I hope this helps, because we sure as hell know Bungie is not.
