  • Okay. So the first thing you have to consider is does your RNG version's reload speed outway the other abilities? That ability is perfect for hand cannons. Sometimes 1 ability is all a gun needs. For instance, I love Thorn. It's DoT ability far exceeds any ability from a hand cannon. It also has the ability that it's last round did bonus damage, but I never used it. I always killed things before I got to my last bullet. But it's 1 ability made using the gun worth it. With TDYK, ask yourself does that 1 ability outweigh the other abilities? As for the vendor ones, Lord High Fixer is heavily tailored to be made for the crucible. You get the Third Eye ability but that's not really helpful for PVE but amazing for PVP so if your a big PVP guy LHF would be good. As for TDYK that you can buy, you have to again look at the abilities. It's really a personal preference and a choice of play style. As a Gunslinger I get Chain of Woe which increases reload speed for precession kills. I always have gauntlets that increase reload speed so your RNG version wouldn't appeal to me. But you're a Titan and don't have access to Chain of Woe so you can't extremely fast reloads that I can get even if you have gauntlets. But if you can cope with the reload speed, then TDYK you can buy Id say is better.
