Oh no, it never has indicated that Charge would trigger Transfusion, it's just always done it.
Sadly, Charge [i]doesn't[/i] trigger any other perks (unless that changed with this patch). The AoE damage and super gain won't trigger from Charging someone. I guess the thinking was that those would be kinda bork, while refreshing HP (when you're by definition blocking with your face to SC someone) made a little more sense.
I just wanted to stack the Transfusion from Skullfort with enhanced super gain... using SC. It probably [i]would[/i] have been broken, but oh, how awesome would it have been!
