I didn't have a problem with the weekly and nightfall as was. But the majority of complaints against were by people who either couldn't do them or where made by someone who was unlucky and got there only exotic gun sold by Zur. My way may not be the answer but like you said raising damage their AI can take isn't the answer either.

i have beaten the nf and the heroic but the nf and the weekly(depending on modifiers) just isn't fun the a.i has better shields better guns that never have to reload and splash damage mixed with there being more of them than us..its never really fair or fun regardless if you have the guns to take down shields .....to put in short being level 29 and being meleed by a lvl 28 dreg is neither fair nor fun and does nothing but insult your player base

Thats why the rewards are exotics, high number of coins or high number of coins ... legendary drops should not exist in NF but i love the everchanging modifiers.
