I noticed you can now spawn with Scatter Grenade energy with Voidfang Vestments.

Has worked for all 'nades since release. I've used it to wreak havoc in Crucible on Sunsinger with Gift of the Sun for awhile now.

Wasn't that how it always worked? It's unique perk is to spawn with full grenade energy.
