You're probably in the time zone one hour ahead of mine, meaning it's about midnight for you right now. I, personally, don't go to be d until about 11:30 pm where I live. If I don't go to sleep at this time because if I go to bed any later then I often find it harder to go to sleep, then it's because I've recently been so busy that I end up not going to sleep until 11:30.
