Seems now if you stand still in the tower(looking at your characters back), the camera view pans(moves) to a position just over your shoulder. This kinda annoys me because we use to have the freedom to look at our character with no interference.
Anyone else notice this?

No way. Never happened. I've played over 700 hours and I spent a lot of time in the tower screwing around with friends. Never auto zoomed.
