It showed absolutely no indication of download progress so I rebooted the game and we'll see if it wants to download now. I downloaded Red Faction (6 GB) in like three hours yesterday. So this should not be happening.

Edit: false alarm, that was a 4 kb download. The 1 GB is still not moving at all.
