So, this is for everyone complaining about Xûr, the new shader thing etc etc. Destiny was advertised as a game that you can play "The way you want to play it", and customizing your character's looks is part of it. If that sentence ain't enough, I don't know what will. (Still I go on...) Essentially, you are not supposed to be a snowflake. Exotics should not be one in a million death-bringing machines, but spices to complete your build. Of course, with the current system, looking absolutely unique is rather hard, but it's not impossible. But the point stands. The fact that you have "X" exotic doesn't mean shit if you don't use it, if it isn't part of "the way you want to play." If there happens to be someone else who has the same exotics, you can instantly recognize that they find worth in those exotics, and in some ways think similarly to you. *Sigh*
