So last night I was playing some Tiger strikes, mainly because I was bored and already had completed the bounties I felt were worth it, and the daily..and something crazy happened. I actually was trying to complete my last bounty of the day, "Complete any strike without dying" and was about to fight Valus Ta'aurc (hopefully I spelled that right). While getting him to about 1/3 health I decide to fire my rocket launcher Hezen Vengeance at his b*tch ass and next thing you know A PHALANX JUMPS IN THE WAY. I died from the explosion and well...I was pretty pissed. All of this is besides the point tho because this is when the story gets good.. The next strike I was placed into was on the summoning pits. So I spawn on the game and next thing you know the chick is all "another hive abomination has been destroyed" and I'm like sweet I got this bounty without doing anything. But then when the rewards were distributed I received PLAN F'N C and an armour shader I never heard of before "cytherean bloom" and I was pumped!! I got all of this stuff with 0 kills on the strike because I spawned at the very end, I bet those kids in there were so pissed. I also received a rare fusion rifle through a blue engram, this finished off my second to the last step for Pocket Infinity bounty. I then got my 200 kills on the nightfall with Plan C and I get Pocket infinity. What an amazing night, for once Destiny RNG was cool. Luck was definitely with me. **edit: it appears Cytherean Bloom is not special, it's just ugly. According to most of the comments. I don't think it's that bad, but I went back to Bloodpact cuz it looks best on my Hunter 👍👍**
