Space is full of it and like you said this is a mining colony, miners take ice they find inside the moon and in the system and extract the oxygen and hydrogen for fuel and air. Word of warning though... The air content has a much higher nitrogen content than usual so it'll be uncomfortable breathing at first. *We begin procedures for bringing the cruiser into an orbit around the moon* Other than that, I have no clue about this place.
