I haven't play a CoD game since Modern Warfare 2. Anyway, the Iron Banner requires skill. Have you even played in the Iron Banner? It's not some ordinary Crucible match. Anyone who actually played it wouldn't make that comparison...
PS: There is less one hit kills in the Banner. Level advantages are turned on. So, people's armor's defense actually matters.
